To The Island and Back!

Hello Blog-gy, heh.

Well just wanted to tell you that over the weekend me and the whole bunch of ICSJ exco (excluding Dan) took a short trip to Penang Island together with the excos from Inti UC just to rekindle and to do a little of bonding session again since the recent Conference didn't quite allow us to do so due to time constraint. The whole gang definitely did had fun especially the "brotherhood" gang. Mr. Amir was suppose to go, but he's always having loads of excuses (next time round, no more excuses!). So here are the pictures, there's not much to say but I really enjoyed the trip. Oh by the way, the pictures are all taken from the unofficial photographer name Fu Kun back in Penang. Great shots, especially during paintball.

First stop, dim sum for breakfast.
After breakkie, we went touring around IICP. Not bad, not bad, but its just that ICSJ is more vibrant because of the colourful building, you know - kindergarten style. Theirs is more to the professional kinda building - "admission to serious students only", basically it looks more like a government office la. After that, we were at errr, a mall, (I forgot what's it called) just to kill time because we could only check in at 2 p.m. Yada, yada-doooooooo, next stop, lunch.

Their famous asam laksa & char kuey teow.
*seriously I don't know how the prawns can be so damn big, its like as though it kena suntikan hormon*
*cheap and awesome*

Ok, so this was in a small coffee shop, and when I say small, I literally mean small as in narrow and it's filled with loads of people. Seriously, this must be the best place to eat char kuey teow & asam laksa. Nevertheless, grandma still makes it better. :D. What's this place called you ask? Hahaha, I'm not sure lar. I forgot. After being in such a stuffy area, we went to this errr lorong lar to have coconut to drink to cool down. Damn, it really helps a lot!

*Woops, sorry both taken by two ICSJ Exco*

Headed to Gurney Drive after that, shopping mall again. Oh and errr, if I'm not mistaken, I think Topman stuff in Penang is cheaper compared to KL, at least that's what Joshan and I thought. The "brotherhood" gang and the two girls, Charmaine and Grace got quite tired and decided to abandon the plan planned for us and headed back to the hotel instead, tapau-ing dinner so we could catch the match between the champions and the loser - Man Utd vs Arsenal. And basically thats the whole highlight on the first day. Hahaha, no clubbing or anything after that. We're good people. *shhh, to those who knew what happen that night, don't bring up the whole thing about me puking like a dog!*

The second day started off with paintball, which I have never ever tried before. And its fuckingly cheap as compared to Subang area la. Good shit. Got loads of picture of this.

*Little green bitchy stingers!*

*champions, ICSJ beat UC, flat with zero fatality on our side*

*So if you're wondering who consists of the "brotherhood" - its me, Joshan, Frederick and Peoy Gee*
*check us out in action*

Went back to clean up, pack everything and check out at around 1. Went for lunch at a food court, the ice kacang was awesome, so is the curry mee. What the hell, for RM 3.50 you get such a big bowl unlike the pathetic ones that you get in Subang. Pffttt!~ Rip off. And after lunch, IICP-ians excos brought us to a biscuit shop, errr tau sahhh biscuit. Haha. Sorry la, seriously don't know how to pronounce.

*errr, I don't want to say anything lar, you be the judge yourself. aheeemmm*

Next stop - Kek Lok Si Temple. Not many pictures though, we had to leave early for dinner so we could leave for Subang by 9.

Got onto the ferry, and ciao for dinner. That's the end of the trip.

Till we meet again. I hate leaving these great people behind. Excellent hospitality, kudos to Boon Seng and Team. Love each and everyone of them, its just too bad Mr. Amir had to miss all this. Better luck next time. Gonna miss each and every of them, especially you girl. I Miss YOU a lot, and you know who you are :).

Adios.

I remember Boon Seng. Think he was in my team when we had the 4th Intima Conference in Penang.
